Shipping policy
In typical situations (see note below for January-March winter hours*), orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on holidays or most weekends. Some items such as custom products or items on backorder may require additional time to ship. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
For holiday season (November & December) please keep in mind that USPS and UPS typically experience some type of delays in season. We are not responsible for holiday peak season delays.
TR Historical is not responsible for delivery delays that occur once an item has been shipped such as in the case of weather impacts.

Customers will be sent an email once an order ships that will provide tracking information for the package.
*During the winter months of January-March, our shipping operations are limited to fewer days per week. This means it may take 6-7 days for us to ship an order when received depending on the off-peak season hours we are operating under. Contact us at support@trhistorical.com if you need an order by a specific date, need to arrange for rush postage, or any estimates on shipping time. We are happy to help if we can.
