PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or most weekends. Some items such as custom products or items on backorder may require additional time to ship. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Standard items are shipped with no charge to the customer if delivery is within the United States.
- Non-Standard items are oversized or heavy items (such as statues) that require significant shipping protection and higher costs. These non-standard items are subject to shipping charges.
- International destinations do not qualify for free shipping, and regardless of standard or non-standard item status – a shipping charge will be applied to the order.
TR Historical is not responsible for delivery delays that occur once an item has been shipped such as in the case of weather impacts.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that are claimed to be defective, missing parts upon delivery, or other quality issues that prevent customer satisfaction will be reviewed on a case by case basis and if approved for return, a shipping label will be provided to return the item at no cost.
Types of goods that are exempt from being returned include Books, drinking glassware or mugs, and Gift Cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. An email sent from TRHistorical as confirmation of an order, or a packing invoice qualifies as a receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items that were sold at a reduced price will only receive a return for the sale price.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Coupons are honored based on the terms and conditions identified by the coupon. TR Historical has the right to discontinue further acceptance of a coupon.
Coupons may not be combined with other coupons, and cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards.
Coupons may be applied to items on sale, as a “sale” is not a coupon and the customer’s coupon would apply to the lowest price.
Coupons can also be redeemed when a gift card is utilized as the purchase tender.
If a coupon that was received is not working properly on the site, please contact us at support@TRHistorical.com for support prior to completion of a purchase.
Once a purchase has been completed, a coupon cannot be used to receive the benefit of the coupon offer.
TR Historical makes efforts to avoid items or statements that are controversial in nature. TR Historical avoids selling products related to any person(s) still living with limited exception, and avoids subjects in current news or current social environment that cause controversy and emotional conflict.
We appreciate all feedback and aim to be as accurate as possible. However, history itself may not be 100% certain and there is always debate between views as to the facts surrounding an event in history.
Customer reviews are an appropriate venue to describe products or service received from TR Historical. Information posted in customer reviews that is not relevant to the product or service received may be removed from TR Historical’s site. This will most certainly occur with comments and statements that are controversial in nature or inappropriate for viewing on a professional site.
